Conduits travel and save pools
The Conduits provide travel connections between regions. Treat these connections separately from the save pools you use while exploring: finding a pool does not identify a Conduits gate.
What the Guardian scan describes
The Guardian is an organic transport system linked to Protean technology. Its scan describes activation involving a particular DNA presence nearby. This is a transport interaction, rather than an ordinary save-pool menu option.
When planning a return journey, distinguish the regional Conduits connection from your nearest save pool. For the special case of leaving the Core while its boss is alive, see the final-dungeon return method.
