Exploration
Undermoors passkeys
Search the long branches of the Underground Depths: one starts near an upper save pool, and another begins at a surface entrance left of the spacecraft.
Stuck in the Wastes
At the Wastes permission gate, use the scanner on the left-side barrier.
Worms & acid route
When returning through the worms-and-acid cavern after getting a key, look high near the ceiling.
Sphere puzzle
In the room with the sphere, forked pedestal and green floor mechanism, shoot the floor buttons.
Leaving the Core
If the Core boss is still alive, dying to it returns you to your last save pool.
Fast travel
Look to the Conduits for travel between regions.
